NLZ.MD is a sub-brand of PJSC “Novovolynsk Foundry” (NLZ) specialising in professional metal machining. We combine engineering expertise with modern equipment to manufacture components with the highest precision.

Machining according to customer drawings
We provide a full cycle of metal machining according to customer drawings — from turning, milling, grinding and boring to painting and assembly of finished units. The NLZ Machining Department (NLZMD) is equipped with modern CNC machines ensuring accuracy up to ±0.01 mm and excellent surface finish. We process steel, cast iron, non-ferrous alloys and stainless steel, producing components of any complexity for mechanical engineering, railcar building, energy and industrial equipment. Each part undergoes step-by-step quality control guaranteeing dimensional precision, parameter stability and operational reliability.

Can I supply my own raw material?
Yes, we work both with our own castings (from NLZ) and with your blanks of any type — rolled, forged, or cast.
What tolerances do you guarantee?
Depending on the operation — up to ±0.01 mm. The exact tolerance is confirmed after reviewing the drawings.
What materials do you machine?
Grey cast iron, ductile iron, structural, alloyed and stainless steels, non-ferrous metals (aluminium, bronze, etc.).
How is quality control carried out?
3D inspection — performed using a Hexagon Absolute Arm CMM with AS1 scanner.
The certified NLZ laboratory is fully equipped to verify product parameters in accordance with customer requirements.
Do you work according to the customer’s drawings?
Yes, we work strictly according to the provided drawings or 3D models.
If no drawings are available, our design department can assist with reverse engineering — digitising the sample and preparing complete technical documentation.
What is the minimum order you accept?
We specialise in serial production. The minimum quantity depends on the complexity and type of the part.
